General Policy
Unless required by applicable law, all payments made to Recallyo are generally non-refundable.
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed
- Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Kogneev AI Tech
- Abuse of refund requests may result in account suspension
Special Cases
Free trials, promotional offers, and discounted plans may have separate conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law, please contact us and we will review your case.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with:
- Your registered email address
- Order or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 5 business days.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Any approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
