Welcome to Recallyo ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Kogneev AI Tech, a company registered in Malaysia.

By accessing or using Recallyo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Recallyo is an AI-powered learning platform that allows users to:

• Upload study materials including PDFs, notes, and images
• Generate flashcards, quizzes, summaries, and recall-based learning content
• Use AI-assisted study and revision tools
• Access educational content generated from uploaded material

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Recallyo. If you are under the age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• The information you provide is accurate
• You will comply with all applicable laws

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities occurring under your account
• Providing accurate account information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission
• Use the Service for cheating, academic fraud, or unlawful activities
• Reverse engineer or attempt to exploit the Platform
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Abuse automated systems or overload our infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or offensive content

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if we believe a user violates these Terms.

You retain ownership of materials you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content to Recallyo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to:

• Process the content
• Generate AI outputs
• Store and display the content for Service functionality
• Improve system performance and platform reliability

You represent that you own the content or have rights to use it, and that the content does not violate any law or third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded materials.

Recallyo uses artificial intelligence to generate educational outputs. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, be incomplete, or require independent verification.

Recallyo does not guarantee academic accuracy or educational outcomes. Users are responsible for reviewing generated material before relying on it.

All rights related to the Recallyo platform, branding, logos, software, designs, features, and content created by Kogneev AI Tech are owned by Kogneev AI Tech and protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree:

• To provide accurate payment information
• That fees may recur automatically unless canceled
• That pricing may change with reasonable notice

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

Unless required by law:

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable
• Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion
• Abuse of refund requests may result in account suspension

Free trials, promotional offers, and discounted plans may have separate conditions.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if required by law or platform security. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Recallyo may integrate with third-party providers including Stripe, Google services, analytics providers, and cloud hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, or availability. Your use of such services may also be governed by their respective terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kogneev AI Tech shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, academic losses, business interruption, service downtime, AI inaccuracies, or unauthorized access.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Recallyo during the previous 12 months.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous access.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kogneev AI Tech from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your uploaded content, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
